The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie 2 Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to your community.

SASSA are going to be rendering providers for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency reported it's alarmed with regard to the significant amount of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a high number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This really is mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office devoted to service the SRD area each day. The service place designed for intervention experiences a significant inflow of likely beneficiaries, that makes it tough for that Workplace to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional methods to allow the servicing of status sassa all buyers and maximize access to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
